Adracare Inc. (“Adracare”), a Well Health Technologies company (TSX: WELL), recently announced a partnership with Levitee Labs Inc. (CSE: LVT) (OTC: LVTTF) (FSE: 7H7), an integrative wellness company with a diversified portfolio of healthcare and wellness assets.
Levitee Labs Inc. will have access to WELL’s comprehensive end-to-end practice management tools, including, but not limited to, a world-class telemedicine platform. WELL is an innovative healthcare company whose overarching goal is to leverage technology to empower and support healthcare practitioners and their patients. Levitee Labs is thrilled to be joining the WELL Health network, which will allow it to expand its healthcare and wellness offerings.
Levitee Labs realizes that mental healthcare assets are not being digitized and secured to their full potential, and it hopes to use Adracare’s technology tools to develop a cutting-edge digital technology platform for mental healthcare delivery through this agreement. In a sustainable and scalable manner, this model will include ethical considerations of digital technology into a platform that encompasses clinical workflows, evidence-based care, and shared decision making. Levitee Labs will use this technology to spread psychedelic therapies to diverse regions across Canada, where there is a significant scarcity of in-person care providers.
The cooperation with Adracare will help Levitee Labs better engage with its patients who are dealing with addiction and mental health issues by improving processes and interactions with them and their care providers. As Levitee Labs expands its asset portfolio through accretive M&A, its expanding number of patients with addiction and mental health issues will almost certainly have many co-occurring illnesses that must be handled.
Levitee Labs now has a telehealth strategy and platform, allowing it to provide care to more patients and cover a wide range of multidisciplinary addiction and mental health services, such as one-on-one counseling, group therapy, consultations, and psychedelic treatments, thanks to its partnership with Adracare.
